Billing questions
- How does billing work?
- Plans are billed monthly by card through Stripe, or annually for the price of ten months. You can switch or cancel at any time from Account → Payment Info.
- Can I upgrade later?
- Yes. Start on Bid Board and move up to Whiteboard whenever you need pipeline, proposals and accounting — your saved searches, watchlist and history carry over.
- What happens when I cancel?
- Your subscription stays active through the end of the paid period, then the workspace drops to read-only. Your data is retained so you can resume without losing history.
- Do you offer seats and add-ons?
- Whiteboard includes one seat, with additional seats at $99/month or a five-seat bundle at $899/month. Data API, AI credits and white-glove onboarding can be added at checkout.
Grandfathered accounts
Tenants created before July 5, 2026 retain full trial access at no charge until go-live. On July 5, 2026, tenants default to the Bid Board tier unless upgraded from the Operator console.
