What we collect

• Account data: name, work email, organization, and role assignments.
• Content you upload or generate: solicitations, proposals, compliance documents, and related attachments.
• Operational data: sign-in events, audit log entries, and usage events used to secure and improve the platform.

How we use it

Data is used to operate your account, generate and store your proposal work, send the notifications and digests you enable, bill your subscription, and investigate security or abuse. We do not sell personal information.

Tenant isolation

Customer data is scoped to your organization's tenant and is not visible to other customers of the platform.

Service providers

BidBoard relies on third-party providers for hosting and database services, email delivery, payment processing, and AI model inference used by the drafting workflows. Providers process data only as needed to deliver those functions.

Cookies and analytics

The platform uses cookies or equivalent storage for authentication and session state, and product analytics to understand feature usage.

Retention and deletion

Account and proposal data is retained while your subscription is active. Audit records are retained on a scheduled purge cycle. You can request export or deletion of your organization's data at any time.
