Terms of Service

Detailed terms for the hosted service are in the SaaS Terms of Service; software and exports are covered by the End User License Agreement.

1. Agreement

By accessing BidBoard you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organization whose account you use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. License to use

Norbeck Technologies grants your organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access BidBoard for its internal proposal and contracting work for the duration of an active subscription. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or copy the platform or its outputs' underlying software.

3. Accounts and access

Accounts are per-user and must not be shared. You are responsible for activity under your credentials and for keeping them secure. Access may be suspended for misuse, non-payment, or activity that threatens platform integrity.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of solicitations, proposals, and documents you upload or generate. You grant Norbeck Technologies the limited rights needed to store, process, and display that content in order to operate the service for you.

5. AI-assisted output

BidBoard generates draft proposal content using automated workflows. Drafts are starting points, not legal or contractual advice. You are responsible for reviewing every submission for accuracy and compliance before it is filed with any agency.

6. Intellectual property

The platform, its workflows, and its interfaces are proprietary and Patent Pending. See the Patent & IP Notice.

7. Fees

Subscription fees, tiers, and billing periods are those shown on the pricing page or in your order form. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Norbeck Technologies' aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
