1. Program description

BidBoard Alerts sends account notification text messages from Norbeck Technologies, Inc. to customers who ask for them. Messages cover bid and proposal deadlines, question cutoff reminders, quote transmission failures, award notices, and payment or invoice notices tied to the recipient's own account. This is an account notification program; we do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

2. How you opt in

You opt in inside your signed-in BidBoard account at Account → Text alerts, by entering your own mobile number, choosing which alerts you want, and checking the consent box that reads: “I agree to receive account notification text messages from Norbeck Technologies, Inc. (BidBoard Alerts) at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.” You then confirm the number by replying to a one-time verification text.

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase or of using BidBoard. You may only enroll a mobile number you own or are authorized to use.

3. Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies and depends on the alerts you enable and the activity on your account. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's rates apply to every message sent and received.

4. Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any message to cancel all messages from this program. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply START to resume, or HELP for help. You can also turn alerts off at any time in your account settings or email support@norbecktech.com or call (301) 450-7568.

5. Carriers and delivery

Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change at any time.

6. Privacy

No mobile information is sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the messaging service provider that transmits the messages on our behalf, and we do not use that information for any other purpose.
